About Dave

I have over 20 year experience, mostly consulting, in a variety of industries ranging from financial services to medical manufacturing to telecommunications. Four years ago, I left consulting, and with Francine, I embarked on building North American Land Transfer.

Along the way I’ve learned volumes about entrepreneurship and even more about the title industry. As someone who didn’t “grow up” in the industry and a consultant by training, I might think a little differently than the average title agent.

This blog has grown into a forum where I present my perspective on issues that I believe are vital to the future of the industry during what I feel is a period of profound and lasting change.

About Francine

Francine has more than 22 years of industry experience. She has been involved in the Title Insurance business since 1986. She has personally closed thousands of transactions including replacement financing, reverse mortgages, construction loans, and the transfer of residential, commercial and industrial properties. She holds Title Insurance licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

She is currently owner of North American Land Transfer. Francine is active in the community and the industry. She has a long-standing relationship with the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and currently serves on its Liaison Committee.
